Faith that Brings Result Part – 11

Hebrews 11: 1 — Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Faith is a warranty deal; the evidence of what you hoped for is the evidence in the spiritual realm. You cannot see the spiritual evidence but it is real, the biblical faith can produce supernatural results. It takes that unseen hope and brings it to manifestation, into reality.

Faith fills the hope with spiritual substance which transforms it into the physical realm. Faith in God is faith in His Word. You may mentally agree with the Word but until you believe it in your heart, and have an image of the Word coming to pass in your life, your faith is not operational.

It is very important to not only agree with the Word but to believe it in your heart. You have to have an inner image of the Word bringing it to pass in your life. Speaking that out with words activates your faith and brings your hope into manifestation. That is why we have to believe that what we see in our mind will come to pass when we pray.

Faith does not depend on your physical senses but on the spiritual evidence based the Bible. First you believe and then you shall receive. That is why we should not have the faith like Saint Thomas, who first had to put his finger through Jesus’ hands to believe that this was the same Jesus.

John 20:29 — Jesus said to him, “Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”

Real faith is in the word of God not by what we can take in through our physical senses.

Now that you know more of what the Bible says about faith what do you plan to do? Will you begin to put more faith in God and His Son Jesus Christ? Will you put away any fear or doubt that would keep you from serving God with a sincere faith? Will you spend more time with the Bible evidence that God has provided in order to build a stronger faith? Will you begin to produce more fruits of faith in your life by your obedience to God’s word? Will you be ready to accept the enormous consequences of your faith, difficult as they may be? If the answer to these questions is yes, then the Lord has promised you a great reward for your faith — eternal life.

Put on Christ’ and your life will be full of his love; it will be a fruitful life. — Pope Francis.
